Beat the Street

Dear Parents,

We are participating in a fun and exciting challenge called ‘Beat the Street’.  It is a competition that is running from Sept 13th – Nov 1st. The aim of this is to encourage physical activity and see how far you can walk, cycle and run around our city. Every journey you make adds to your total and our school’s total.

You will have received a letter from school via the school bags and you now should register on line (the school’s postcode is X91 ET86). On the registration page, please make sure you click primary, then click Newtown Junior School.

The website will provide you with all the information you need to know about the scheme and there is also a YouTube clip too:

Regards,

Ms McSweeney and Ms Kavanagh
